INSURANCE & PAYMENT OPTIONS
Dr. Nikaeen provides her patients with the highest level of orthodontic care. Still, she does her best to make orthodontics affordable for all families in the Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica areas.
Many factors go into figuring out the cost for orthodontic treatment. We take into account the severity of your bite issues, the length of treatment time, and specific treatment details prescribed by Dr. Nikaeen.
To help with orthodontic payment, we accept most PPO insurance and perform courtesy billing for your convenience. Other orthodontic offices may require you to pay for your treatment up front, then submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement. At Nikaeen Orthodontics, we allow the insurance company to pay us directly, making orthodontic not only more affordable but also easier on you and your family.
INSURANCE
For those with insurance, some policies do cover orthodontic treatment, though it depends on your insurance company and your dental plan. If you wish, we can call your insurance provider to find out if your orthodontic treatment is covered. Our treatment coordinator can then set up a payment schedule that suits your exact needs.
PAYMENT & FINANCING OPTIONS
At Nikaeen Orthodontics, we offer flexible payment options designed to fit your budget. All fees will be agreed upon at the beginning of treatment, and you have several finance options to choose from.
01. Payment in full: If you wish to pay your treatment in full, we offer a 3% discount, regardless of payment type.
02. Financing Orthodontic Treatment: You can spread out your fees across the duration of treatment. We offer in-house financing with no interest charges if the payments are received by the agreed-upon date. Late payments may be subject to added finance charges and late fees.
03. Third-Party Financing: Many companies will allow you to finance your orthodontic treatment, and they each have varying rates. The payments can be stretched for the duration of treatment or longer. We can help you with third-party financing every step of the way. It should be noted that having a co-signer can increase your chances of receiving financing. Ask about third-party financing when you schedule your next appointment.
