Myo-functional activities (exercises)
Myofunctional activities or exercises are prescribed based on the poor oral habit, and these activities are a part of the treatment, where the combination of treatment and exercises focuses on the child’s whole-body. The activities range from a variety of breathing awareness, tongue position, correct swallowing, lip training – these activities are done in the comfort of home!
